In the history of humankind, the Turkic Civilization belongs only to the Orientals. Therefore, Turkic civilization is emphasized as "Technology to get out dry of the water". The Turkic civilization is not only a social phenomenon but also a natural phenomenon. For this reason, the Turkic civilization is already well known in science on the Development of the World. The Turkic civilization begins at the end of the glaciations. The legend of Ergune in the east confirms the failure to join the Turkic civilization.
